Nursing encompasses autonomous and collaborative care of individuals of all ages, families, groups and communities, sick or well and in all settings. Our Transit Nursing Teams include the promotion of health, prevention of illness and the care of critically ill, disabled and terminally ill people. Our medical nursing transits are all accomplished and educated nurses with extensive experience and education spanning more than 10 years per candidate.  You not only get some of the most academic and ambitious nurses from our pool, you also get life experience that doesn't come with early graduates just out of school.

 

Along with having at least 10 years of nursing school, including life experience and excellent references, all our nurses are recent live scanned, with many being fluent in multiple languages from all over the world. They will assist with accurately observing, assessing, and speaking to patients before administering a care plan, along with recording details and symptoms of patients after examining their medical history and current health status. Preparing patients for exams and treatments  administering medications and treatments and monitoring patients for side effects and reactions is all-inclusive in each plan, including a focus integrated with a patients etiology and course of action into palliative and hospice care.
